Bringing a PA

Most of the festivals we work with offer PA passes at no extra cost to those who need one. The role of your PA is to provide any support you require while you’re at the festival, whether that's in the volunteering role, while enjoying your free time, or when carrying out day-to-day tasks. Please note your PA cannot complete your shifts on your behalf.

For most festivals, if you need to bring a PA, you must apply directly to the festival. We cannot do this for you and we do not have access to PA passes ourselves.

For the following festivals - Crystal Palace Park, Gunnersbury Park, Latitude, Leeds, Reading, Wilderness – you need to make the request to bring a PA through Oxfam. We will gather the details of your PA request and send this to the festival on your behalf, so you don’t need to contact the festival access team at these festivals. For these Festivals simply follow the steps below.

Letting Us Know

If the festival agrees to offer you a PA pass (or you have applied for one of the festivals listed above), it’s important that you let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for them to stay with us on-site and join you on shift.

  1. In your profile, go to 'My Festivals', click on the relevant festival and under ‘Support from the Festival’ 'Medical and Access Requirements' and tick the 'PA' box.
  2. Read our PA policy agreement below.
  3. Fill out this form to register your PA with us before your festival(s) cancellation deadline.
  4. Wait for approval. You'll need confirmation from us before your PA can attend.

Please note, you will need to apply separately for each festival you are attending.
