About Nimbus

Nimbus is a leading accessibility organisation run by disabled people for disabled people. With over 15 years of expertise, Nimbus has set the industry standard for accessible event solutions, ensuring that organisations, like Oxfam, can provide truly inclusive experiences for all.

Why is Nimbus a trusted provider?

Nimbus is the team behind the Access Card, the UK’s most widely recognised proof of disability, which is used by thousands of venues, festivals and events across the country. Their understanding of accessibility needs and commitment to best practices, ensures organisations are able to provide the best support for disabled people at festivals and events.

Why has Oxfam partnered with Nimbus?

At Oxfam, we are committed to making our festival volunteering experience as inclusive and accessible as possible. That’s why we’ve partnered with Nimbus – to help us improve the experience of disabled volunteers at festivals.

By working with Nimbus, we’re ensuring that we are able to understand our volunteers access needs and provide the support they need based on the expertise that Nimbus provide.

Nimbus have partnered with many of the festivals we already work with and so our volunteers will get a more seamless application process rather than having to apply to us and then apply to the festival separately.
